The beautiful art of cooking
The art of cooking is a medley that combines science, magic, and creativity to create delicious food. The alchemical art of cooking is more than just a skill, it's an opportunity for creativity and discovery. The best part? You get to eat what you make!
The joy of eating your own home-cooked meal is unmatched. A sense that food connects us all, no matter what our backgrounds or beliefs maybe - this feeling can only come from someone who has shared their best dish with friends and family in celebration." The intricate, time-consuming process of cooking is one that can be enjoyed by all. From the simplest dishes to more complex ones it's always fun trying out new recipes and seeing what you get!

What is the simple definition of food?
Food is the fuel that keeps your body running. In order for you to live, food has got to be there! Good food is when you enjoy the taste of your meal, and don't feel guilty about it later. A simple definition for good foods would be anything that makes us happy while we eat them because if there was no enjoyment then why bother?
What do you think of when we say "good food"? Is it something that's rich and luxurious, or maybe healthy but not too strict on the taste buds? The simple definition of a good meal starts with an appetite (or at least enough interest in what?s going into our bodies) then continues onto fresh ingredients?no processed anything! And finally: quality over quantity. This means eating slowly so each bite can be enjoyed to its fullest.

Why cooking is the best hobby?
Let?s face it, who doesn't love to cook? The smell of fresh food is enough motivation for many people. For me personally, I find that cooking gives my mind an opportunity to take off and explore all kinds of different worlds - from the kitcheniverse filled with bottles & jars; to various recipes smelling so good they make you want to eat whatever is put on your plate (or even just inhale!)
What's better than cooking up a storm? Not much! The best way to enjoy your time in the kitchen is by making someone else happy. You can be creative and make them something they love, or just help feed their appetite with some delicious food that will fill any stomach (and taste even more fantastic because you cooked it!).

Why should everyone learn how to cook?
The benefits of learning how to cook are endless. Not only will you have tasty food, but it could also save money by cutting out restaurants and other dining options; reduce stress because everything comes together in one pot instead of multiple dishes on plates (or counters); enhance mental health with healthy meal prep routines.
How do you get better at cooking?
There is no one-size-fits-all answer to how you can become a better cook. However, there are some tips that may help; for example, practice makes perfect (or at least more efficient), use different tools and appliances in order learn their advantages/disadvantages according to your needs etcetera. I think it all boils down to how much time and effort you are willing to put into practice your skills. The more often, the better!

Reward yourself with good food
Treat yourself to a good meal and reward yourself with food. This will help motivate you during the process of dieting because it's tough not having something that tastes so delicious in front of us all day long!
