I've always been fascinated by cooking and the idea of becoming a chef. It's not easy, but it can be an amazing career choice!


A lot has changed in my field since it was just cooking on an open fire. Now, there's software for prep work and tons more ingredients available than ever before! But getting into this line of duty isn't always easy; you need patience because learning new skills takes time - not to mention all those pesky licensing requirements from government agencies like The Food & Drug Administration (FDA).
