We all want to live a positive life. We don't want to face negativity and we try our best not to bring it into other people's lives, too. But, sometimes in the course of everyday life, we find ourselves surrounded by negative emotions. It might be someone telling us about how bad their day was or the world seems like darkness has consumed it. Imagine a world without the sun shining. We would see both negative and positive thoughts as significant influences on our lives, but we are largely blind to what is actually happening in front of us until it hits so close to home that there's no denying its existence. For example, if you're thinking about someone who has recently hurt your feelings or wronged you in some way then this will likely have an impact on how they treat me going forward--even though I'm not seeing all the evidence needed for my mind to process what happened previously properly and put two-and-two together quite yet. This cycle continues with one person influencing another person through their own personal experience which then affects many others down the line even when nothing was originally intended by is an important reminder that we shouldn't wait for others to bring negativity into our lives and then try to find the positive in it. You only have control over your own life, but you can make a difference with how you react and deal with negativity. There are always things that go wrong, people who let us down, or situations that just aren't what we expected. It's never easy, but it doesn't have to stay that way for us or anyone else.

In this blog post, we are going to discuss some tips on how to spread positivity in your daily lives.

1. Smile at strangers

A smile is more than just a facial expression. It can make someone's day, or even change their life for the better. A stranger on the street may be going through tough times and need an encouraging word from you to help them get back up again after they've been knocked down by life. People are often afraid of smiling at strangers because it might seem weirdly intrusive or that there could be ulterior motives involved in doing so; however, this couldn't be farther from the truth! Smiling will brighten another person's day no matter what may have happened beforehand if only for a few seconds before moving on with your own business about town!

2. Compliment someone on their outfit or something they did

Complimenting someone on their outfit helps to make them feel better about themselves. It can also lead to a conversation and show that you care, which is always an excellent way of making connections with people. The next time you see somebody wearing something nice or doing something impressive, tell them how great they look! Make sure it's genuine though - don't just say anything if it doesn't come from the heart; this will only do more harm than good in the long run!

3. Text a friend to say you appreciate them and ask how they are doing

Send your friends a text message to let them know you appreciate their friendship and ask how they are doing today. You deserve the best in life, so surround yourself with positivity!

Thanking people is such an important part of our lives; it helps us spread love from person to person. Send that friend who always lifts up your spirits a quick thank you this morning for all the joy they bring into your life!

4. Be more mindful of your words, think about what you want to say before speaking

We spend our whole lives trying to figure out what we want, and then when it happens all the time do-or say. We should be more mindful of how words affect others before speaking them. It's important that you take a moment to think about your next move before doing or saying anything because once you speak those words they are there forever; don't regret something so easily avoidable with just a little bit of thought beforehand!

5. Think about the good things in life, such as family members, friends, pets

Life is full of ups and downs, but it's important to keep the good times in perspective. Some days we might have a friend or family member who needs our support; other days will be filled with laughter over dinner at home with friends. For that reason, every day should be celebrated because you never know what tomorrow brings!

No matter how bad your life seems sometimes - there are always people out there who need more help than they get from others all around them. You never want to forget about these people as well when considering what makes your life great on any given day!
